Major Difference between Automatic Marrachekku Machine of Perfect Engineerings and other, are as follows:

1. We use 6 mm thickness sheets for Loading bearing areas in the Machine. ( Other companies use only 4 mm sheet).

2. We Use 16 mm thickness Plate for White Roller Holders, as it takes heavy load, while crushing. ( Others use 10 mm only).

3. We use 50 mm Round Rod for Screw Rod. Round Rod will give better action, than Square. ( Others use only 40 mm Square Rod).

4. We Use EN 19 Grade  material for Main Shaft. We use certified Lengthy Springs. And Our Small Spring Setup has Oscillation Setup.(Others Small Spring Set up is fixed).

5. Since we use well matured Wood, Our Top Crusher Wood (Pestle) is heavier(weighs around 15 to 17 kg.). (Others are not as heavy as that of us.)

6. We Use Mitsuboshi - Japan Brand imported Belts, for longer life. This brand gives Triple the life of Fenner. (But others use only Local Belt.).

6. Our machine is designed to give higher percentage of Oil out put. Totally Trouble free model. 

7. We Provide Legs at the Bottom of the machine for Better Ventilation to the Motor and Gear box. And for easy cleaning, below the machine. (Others don't provide LEG.)

8. We do customisation like Chainblock for Top Wood lifting, Wheels for moving, Colour options etc., as per customers requirement. ( Others don't do it). 

9. Our delivery time is short. ( Others don't).

10. Our SCRAPPER (Seed pulling- Hand mechanism inside Hopper) is Latest. It will NOT let the Seed to Over Flow outside. (Others provide Wood. This will obstructs the Seed Flow inside the machine and so spills out).

11. We provide Groove in the Rear-side of the Mainshaft Flange, inorder to avoid spillage of Oil to the Gearbox  and belt fitted below it(Others won't provide it).

12. Each and every part of the Main Body Frame is of Laser Cutting, So that the Machine Structure is of Perfect Shape and thereby the Belt Alignment is very accurate.

13. SKF bearings are only used.

14. TVS brand Bolts are only used in Vital places.

15. Bottom Ural (Mild Steel casting) is made up of Highest Grade material (Fe 300), so that it gives longer life.

16). 2 mm thick 304 Grade Seed putting Hooper and Oil Tray are only used. So this has Longer Life.
